Via Flickr:For Cliché Saturday’s Scavenger Hunt – [#39] Nature 3/52 Last Sunday there was this most amazing sunrise. The sky was on fire and of course, I can’t quickly get to a good location on the spur of the moment. Living in a valley has a few disadvantages: no place to watch the sun rise or set, the coldest temperatures in all of Chicagoland and of course we are smack dab in the middle of a flood plain! I raced to a nearby park anyway and managed to catch some beautiful sunrise after it crested the treeline.
